Migration de-registration

The migration de-registration is carried out within 3 days after the issueing of the
enrollment termination order or upon completion of the sudies.

In case of providing of academic leave, a student, as a rule, must leave the territory of the Russian Federation for the period of academic leave, unless the foreign student has a temporary residence permit or a residence permit in the Russian Federation, or is being treated in the territory of the Russian Federation, or is unable to go home due to the difficult militarypolitical situation.

After graduating from BMSTU, a foreign citizen is obliged to leave the territory of Russian Federation in accordance with the terms established by the Law, having purchased the travel tickets in advance.
The period of temporary stay in the Russian Federation of a foreign citizen who has completed a full-time education on the main educational program with state accreditation may be extended for up to 30 calendar days from the date of graduation. The purpose of this kind of extension is the entering of this foreign citizen to a full-time education on the main educational program of another level, that also has state accreditation, at the same or another educational organization. Extending the terms of stay to the graduates of BMSTU for the reasons not related to studies or other reasons not provided for by the legislation, is not allowed.
