List of documents

1. Application form (you must send an e-mail request to receive the application form:
   fiep@bmstu.ru)
2. National passport and its copy with all the installation data and translation in Russian, certified by a notary (if necessary due to the outcome is data are not duplicated in Russian).
3. The original of the state education document (or its established copy of the document) or the original document of a foreign state on education (or its duly certified copy), if necessary with a certificate of establishing its equivalence or originals of legalized and / or apostilled, in the established order (if necessary) of a foreign country’s document on education and appendix to it (if the latter is stipulated by the legislation of the state, in which such a document on education is issued).
4. A copy of the visa for entry into the Russian Federation, if a foreign citizen was in the Russian Federation on an entry visa.
5. The document of the medical institution of the country of residence of the candidate giving the absence of medical contraindications for training in the Russian Federation.
6. The document of the medical institution of the country of residence of the candidate confirming absence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and disease AIDS.
7. Migration card obtained at the entrance to the territory of the Russian Federation.
8. Colored, matte photos of 3×4 cm in an amount of 6 pcs.

Applicants to a doctoral or postgraduate program submit a list of published scientific works (if available), as well as an abstract on the topic of the proposed dissertation, certified in the prescribed manner translations into Russian of the above documents (if the document does not contain a page in Russian) and attachments to them. All translations into Russian must be performed in the name and surname indicated in the entry visa.
