Change of the address of stay

Considering that a foreign student updates his address of stay in the territory of the Russian Federation after being registered at the student residence of BMSTU, if:

1. staying in a hotel or other organization providing hotel services, in a health, recovery or recreation centre, a camp, a tourist base, a children’s camp, a medical organization on a dayand-night basis, or in a social service organization providing social services to the persons without a specific place of residence – regardless of the length of stay in the above organizations;
2. staying in a place that is not the address of the student’s migration registration, specified in the
   detachable part of the notification form, for more than 7 working days;
3. moving from one BMSTU student residence to another – from the moment of the rental
   agreement is signed for a new address.

Changing of the addredd of stay of a foreign citizen entails the migration registration at the place of his actual stay (in a hotel, hostel, recreation centre, camping, hospital, apartment, house, student residence, etc.)
Thus, when changing the address of stay in the territory of the Russian Federation with further arrival at the student residence of BMSTU, a foreign citizen, for the following migration registration at a new place of residence, is obliged to submit to the Visa and Registartion department within 1 working day the following documents

• passport
• migration card
• detachable part of the migration registration form
• rental agreement for residential premises at the student residence of BMSTU (provided
  with the initial application or when changing the place of stay).
