To register an invitation to enter with the purpose of studying, a foreign student must submit the following documents:
The invitation is issued in electronic form and sent to the e-mail address of the invited foreign student (applicant) indicated in the application form.
When applying to a consular office or diplomatic mission of the Russian Federation for obtaining a visa on the basis of the invitation registered via email, a foreign citizen needs to submit only its short printed form. In this case, obtaining a visa is possible only in the city that is indicated in the short and complete printed forms of the electronic invitation.
In case of necessity to issue the invitation on paper, please inform about it additionally. Issuing of the invitation takes about 20 days from the date of registration of a properly completed application.
Having received the invitation, a foreign citizen independently contacts the foreign agencies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation regarding visa issue.
Foreign citizens arriving at BMSTU for studying on quotas of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, arrange educational visas on the basis of the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.
If a foreign citizen arrives with the purpose of working at BMSTU, the invitation for an ordinary working visa will be required.
Execution of the invitations for the purpose of working activity is carried out only with the prior approval of the possibility to issue the invitation by the Department of International Scientific and Educational Cooperation.
