The Preparatory Department implements special training programmes, which include disciplines of the profile departments, the Russian language and others in accordance with the pre-approved programme within the framework of interuniversity cooperation. These programmes are approved by BMSTU together with partner universities and may include various training options. Agreed in accordance with the state standards, educational and training programmes are approved by the University management.

There is also an opportunity to teach groups of students with hearing impairment in the unique centre of GUIMC, one of the few in the world that teaches students with hearing impairment in Bachelor’s programmes and the only one in the world – in Master’s programmes.
